By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), which include our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Use of Service

Pollist grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

These Terms and the relationship between you and Pollist shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflicts of law provisions. You and Pollist agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Santa Clara, California, to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law. Pollist's failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing.
